Taking Control of Your Life Through Meditation

As I was reading my local newspaper, The Bull Run Observer, I found a very interesting article on how to be able to heal naturally using the power of the mind
 
The article features, Diane Haworth a coach/trainer and energy healer that uses energy techniques to help others heal. Haworth's positive and powerful message is that everyone can take control of his/her own life.

She spent more than 20 years learning about energy healing and the power of the mindMeanwhile, she started implementing these healing techniques on herself, which help her to remove obstacles, limiting beliefs and habits that kept her from moving forward in life.

Therefore, she decided to help and show people around her community that they have the power within themselves to make changes and improve the quality of their lives.

 She helps her clients by replacing negative energy by muscle testing; then she changes the energy to a more supportive one by removing all the bad energy from the cellular level.

Theta Healing and Reiki are the two energy healing techniques that Haworth uses in her patients.

Theta Healing, which is a powerful energy method and a relaxation technique, that produces brainwaves of a very low frequencyThe calmer and more relaxed the body is, the better it will heal.  When you practice Theta Meditation the low frequency theta waves in your brain can help produce intuition, creativity, strong emotional connections as well as lower stress and anxiety issues.

Reiki is another healing technique used by Haworth, which is  a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-growth.  It's administered by "laying on hands" and is based in the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. Consequently, there is no belief, it will work whether you believe in it or notBecause Reiki comes from God, many people find that using Reiki puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having an intellectual approach.

Furthermore, traditional medicine is now embracing meditation since clinical data shows that it helps patients to alleviate stress and boost the immune system. All you need is 3 to 5 minutes of your time a day and you are off to a new 'you'.

In conclusion, Haworth's advice is to keep an open mind to learn new things and see if they can work for you to take control of your own life.
